Safe Shipping/Signature Requirements:

For your protection, orders require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. Beverly Hills Jewelers will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order.  If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process. All orders to U.S. street addresses will be shipped via UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Beverly Hills Jewelers containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Click this link and follow the instructions to view the status of your shipment.

Handling Time:

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP!

Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom made orders, and items that need to be resized, will take about 5-14 days to ship. Some custom made orders  will take 4-8 weeks to ship.

*If you need an item by a specific date please notify us. We will do all we can to meet your deadline.

*P.O. Box orders will not be delivered without a recipient’s signature.

*All orders are fully insured while in transit

*We encourage all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to receiving and signing their acceptance

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. Your satisfaction is our main priority, and we want to make sure that you are truly satisfied with your purchase ,but if you’re considering a return, please note that your online purchase from Beverly Hills Jewelers may be returned for full credit consideration within 14 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment. After 15 calendar days your on line purchase is  eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from  your received shipment.  After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered to be final.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund  or exchange authorization is processed.

Custom designed merchandise,  special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return an item:

    1. Obtain a return authorization code by calling Beverly Hills Jewelers at  888-880-7725  or  310-888-7725.
    2. Custom designed merchandise,  special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
    3. Purchase can only be returned if it is in original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear ,and must not be resized or altered in any way. Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. All returned or exchanged items must have the original tags attached.
    4. Returned diamonds and other items that included a Diamond Certificate must be returned with the original Certificate.
    5. Repackage the item as securely as possible. Please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
    6. Affix the pre-printed return shipping label provided by the store to the outside of your shipping box.
    7. Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip.
